The cost for residential sign post installation is $60 + HST.
Price includes both installation and removal.

Each installation includes:
Delivery and installation of a durable white post system
Secure mounting of agent sign and riders (if requested)
Straight, level, professional presentation
Strategic placement for maximum visibility
Removal and post pickup once the property sells or listing expires
Sign storage for a simple, hands-off solution between listings

Sign post rental period is 120 days (4 months).
After 120 days, rental period can be extended on a month to month basis for $15/month.
All sign posts remain the property of Fourth Man Sign Co. and are rented for use on a single listing.
Posts must not be moved or removed by anyone other than our team.

We provide sign post installation and removal throughout London / St Thomas / Aylmer / Port Stanley / Dorchester / Belmont / Tillsonburg / Elgin County / Middlesex County.
Out of town installations are available. A travel fee will apply. If you’re unsure whether your property falls within our coverage, just reach out and we’ll confirm.

Store your sign with us for a simple, hands-off solution between listings!
We can hang your sign during installation if it is stored with us or left at the property
Agents may also hang their own signs after installation
We offer free sign storage at our secure facility
Stored signs remain the agent’s property and are not insured while stored at our facility
Signs can be retrieved with advance notice

We recommend not applying stickers to sign posts as they can cause damage
Sticker removal from posts will incur a $5 removal fee.
We recommend using a ”SOLD” rider instead of stickers

If a signpost is damaged (beyond normal wear) or lost, a $95 replacement fee will apply.
